Dupuit Divide-River 1D#

Steady synthetic groundwater-flow case used to validate the launcher workflow against the Dupuit analytical profile for a homogeneous unconfined aquifer with:
Case Setup#
Homogeneous strip, west divide, east fixed head, uniform recharge
Available solver variants: MODFLOW-NWT, MODFLOW 6, MODFLOW 6 irregular triangles, Boussinesq.
What It Shows#
validate one explicit no-flow side boundary through a simple 1D benchmark,
keep a clear analytical reference while extending beyond the two-head case.
One-sided no-flow behavior plus recharge and one imposed downstream head
Primary metrics: head-profile RMSE, max abs error, cross-row spread.
Solver-specific figures and metrics are shown side by side so the same benchmark can be read across backends.
